BPB were approached by the contractor (Melhuish & Saunders) to assist with the preparation of detailed design information to design the new offices spaces as well as the setting out and renovation of the warehouse spaces to achieve new factory production areas that operate in a more efficient manner to speed up the manufacturing process.
As lead designer, BPB Architect were responsible for the coordination of consultant and sub-contractors’ proposals to ensure that the designs were compliant and achievable on site. We worked closely with Melhuish and Saunders to deliver the project on time and within budget.
BPB also acted as the Principal Designer for the project to ensure that the works were fully compliant with Health and Safety.
