BPB were approached by the contractor (ACES) to assist with the preparation of detailed information to obtain Building Regulations approval and construction of the new mezzanine office on site.
The new mezzanine structure created much needed office space that overlooks the factory floor. The new building also created a new kitchen, canteen, toilets, changing rooms, lab areas and server rooms.
As lead designer, BPB Architect were responsible for the coordination of consultant and sub-contractors’ proposals to ensure that the designs were compliant and achievable on site.
BPB also acted as the Principal Designer for the project to ensure that the works were fully compliant with Health and Safety.
